Functional medicine is a holistic, patient-focused, science-based, collaborative approach to health that looks at the origins and the underlying causes of the illness and symptoms. It is a comprehensive approach that emphasises not just restoring health, but also preventing disease in the first place.

Think of functional medicine as a map or a GPS system that navigates the landscape of illness through physiological pathways and mechanisms, not diseases. Functional medicine looks at patterns that are present in our whole system. It’s the medicine that connects the dots between all the things that are going wrong within our biology. Something that conventional medicine isn’t able to do as many of the specialisms are separated from each other. If you have a problem with your gut, you see a gastroenterologist, if you have a problem with your skin you see a dermatologist. Functional medicine looks at the person as a whole. Very often, for example, major problems with the skin are actually rooted in the gut. Problems in the gut may be coming from poor nerve activity in the brain and so on. Investigating and understanding how the different biological systems work, and how they are all interlinked, allows us to intervene upstream at the cause of the problem, rather than just trying to manage the symptoms.

The Akashic Records is a vast, energetic database that holds the vibrational imprints of your soul, soul’s history and purpose in this life. Ask and explore questions relating to healing themes and anything pertaining to the evolution of the present incarnation of your soul’s journey.

We investigate past life, present life and generational karma and trauma and clear any blocks and restrictions that result allowing you to move forward freely and powerfully.

Radiant Wellness Blueprint Sessions include both nutritional and lab assessment + holistic health coaching, as well as a Soul Alignment Blueprint Session. You'll also receive a customised plan based on our findings.

Soul Alignment Blueprint Sessions are a type of intuitive reading that provides information pertaining to your questions regarding your soul's journey - these may or may not include nutrition-related information. They clear generational, present and past life, karma and trauma as well as core wounding. They do NOT include a personalised plan post-session or any pre-session intake review.

For Intuitive Health Blueprint Sessions you will fill out an intake packet and provide any relevant lab work, if applicable. For both Intuitive Health Blueprint and DivineSoul Blueprint sessions you will also be expected to come prepared to our session with questions and soul inquiry in mind. **Intention is everything - this work best supports those who are 100% open and committed to themselves and maintain the belief that they can heal.

All sessions are conducted via phone or video call using Zoom from the comfort of your own home (sessions may be recorded if desired). Readings are just as effective virtually as the Akashic Records can be tapped into from any location. Please be in a quiet space with no distractions for the session.

I understand that unexpected events happen occasionally in life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured:

Cancellations - 24 hour advance notice by email or phone is required when cancelling an appointment, we can reschedule your appointment for a future date if needed. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds - There will be no refunds issued on services provided. All sales are final. All pre-paid sessions or packages are non-refundable. If a package has remaining sessions they may be transferred or gifted to someone else to be used at a later date, but not longer than 6 months. If the client decides not to schedule the remaining sessions monies will be forfeited.
